Run make test
Update version number in setup.py and CHANGES.rst
git commit -m "Preparing ${VERSION}" setup.py CHANGES.rst
git tag -as ${VERSION}
make init all
python3 setup.py sdist
twine upload --sign dist/isso-${VERSION}.tar.gz
